Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic EdTech Sales Associate to handle student inquiries, guide learners through program options, and support the full enrollment process. This is a full-time, office-based inside sales role focused on tele-counseling, lead management, and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Provide accurate details about courses, learning pathways, fees, and enrollment steps
  • Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups
  • Share brochures, fee structures, and program information as required
  • Maintain updated lead details, communication history, and progress in the CRM
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollments
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Comfortable with phone conversations, tele-counseling, and online communication
  • Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
