Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and secondary frameworks.
• Teacher Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and feedback to faculty to ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with school leadership to align educational goals with the school’s mission and IB standards.
• Student Data Analysis: Monitor student progress through standardized assessments and use data to recommend instructional improvements.
• Resource Coordination: Manage the selection and procurement of educational materials and digital learning tools.
• Community Engagement: Facilitate workshops for parents and maintain transparent communication regarding the school’s academic programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Expertise: Deep understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead professional learning communities and manage cross-functional academic teams.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Arabic is a significant asset.
• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret academic data to drive curriculum review and student intervention strategies.
• Experience: 3+ years in an academic coordination or leadership role, plus a strong background in classroom teaching.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
