Education Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a high-energy Education Sales Coordinator who can match the fast-paced ambition of Doha. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and corporate partners, turning educational goals into reality through persuasive communication and strategic relationship building.

The Mission (Your Responsibilities)

  • Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective students and corporate clients to understand their learning needs and recommend the ideal Tak Academy programs.
  • Lead Management: Drive the full sales cycle—from qualifying inbound inquiries to closing enrollments and managing follow-ups.
  • Corporate Partnerships: Identify and approach businesses in West Bay and beyond to propose customized group training solutions (English proficiency, soft skills, or IT).
  • Community Engagement: Represent Tak Academy at local education fairs, networking events, and workshops to build brand authority.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track sales KPIs and provide market feedback to the academic team to help refine our course offerings.

The Candidate (Requirements)

  • The Closer: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the education, training, or recruitment sectors.
  • The Networker: A strong presence in the Doha business community with the ability to navigate West Bay’s corporate landscape.
  • The Communicator: Exceptional command of English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage for building local rapport.
  • The Strategist: Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage pipelines and optimize conversion rates.
  • The Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on targets and genuinely believes in the power of lifelong learning.
