Job Summary

IJ Foundation LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Foundation Program Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of foundation-led educational, community, and development programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and accurate reporting of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of foundation programs and initiatives.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing educational and community development projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress and ensure activities are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain accurate program records, reports, and documentation.
• Support budget tracking and administrative requirements for ongoing projects.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, seminars, and outreach activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and impact reports for management and donors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines.
• Identify operational challenges and support continuous improvement of program delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, NGO work, education, or community development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in non-profit organizations, foundations, or CSR programs.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for community development and social impact initiatives.
