Education Counselor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor who can guide students in selecting the right academic programs, universities, and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Student Counselling

· Conduct holistic profile assessments to match students with the right universities and programs across multiple global regions.

· Guide students through the end-to-end application process, from personal statements to final enrolment.

· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of university rankings, course offerings, and scholarship opportunities across your assigned territories.

2. Multi-Regional Visa Management

· Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for student visa requirements in multiple jurisdictions (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or EU).

· Oversee the preparation and verification of financial documentation and legal forms to ensure "first-time-right" visa submissions.

· Monitor shifting immigration policies and proactively communicate changes to stakeholders and students.

3. Logistics Management Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to track student progress

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Prior experience in education consultancy or counseling is a plus

Skills:

• ·Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in international education consulting or visa processing.
• Experience of handling high-volume visa applications for at least two international education hubs.
• Good command of English.
• An eagle eye for detail—in this role, a minor typo can mean a visa rejection.
