Branch Manager

Education Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education preferred)

* MBA or Master’s degree will be considered a strong advantage

* Certification in counseling or international education is a plus

Experience Requirements:

* 1–7 years of experience in:

* Study abroad counseling

* Student recruitment

* Overseas education consultancy

* Minimum 1–3 years of team leadership or assistant managerial experience (mandatory)

Preferred Exposure:

* USA, UK, Australia & Canada admissions

* Student visa processing

* University application systems

Required Skills:

* Team leadership & staff supervision

* Target achievement & sales management

* Branch operations handling

* Revenue planning & performance tracking

* University admission procedures

* Visa documentation & compliance

* CRM systems & reporting tools

Soft Skills:

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills

* Client handling & problem-solving abilities

* Negotiation & networking skills

* Marketing abilities

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage counselors and visa officers

* Set and monitor monthly targets

* Handle escalated student cases

* Build partnerships with universities

* Oversee marketing activities

* Ensure high visa success rates

* Maintain compliance with immigration policies and procedures

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
