Visa Consultant (Study Abroad & Tourist/ Visit Visas)

Location: Cavalry Ground (Street 7), Lahore

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 + 10% Commission on every closing! Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Study Abroad Consulting

• Profile Assessment: Evaluate students' academic and financial backgrounds to recommend the best universities and courses.
• SOP & Interview Prep: Help students write compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and conduct mock interviews to get them ready for the embassy.
• University Liaison: Stay in touch with admissions offices and track application statuses.

2. Visit & Tourist Visa Management

• Tour Design: Create customized tour packages and itineraries for clients traveling to the Canada, UK, Schengen, and beyond.
• Visa Process: Manage the end-to-end visit visa process, ensuring every document is perfect before submission.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest travel trends and changing visa regulations.

3. Sales & Admin (The "Hustle")

• Lead Closing: Consult with new inquiries and re-engage "stale" leads to turn them into successful clients.
• Documentation: Expertly review, compile, and verify all financial and academic documents.
• Filing: Accurately complete complex online and offline application forms.
• Expos & Events: Represent us at Education Expos and help set up our booths (transport from the office provided).

Who We Are Looking For

• The Writer: High-level English Reading & Writing skills are mandatory. You must be able to understand complex policies and write professional emails.
• The Closer: You have the confidence to talk to clients and the "sales DNA" to close deals and earn that 10% commission.
• The Analyst: You are detail-oriented and don't let typos or missing documents slip through.
• Fresh or Experienced: We are open to all! If you have the right attitude, our senior staff will train you.
