Education Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Education Director to lead academic programs, oversee curriculum development, and ensure high-quality educational standards. This role is responsible for managing faculty, improving learning outcomes, and aligning educational initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and curriculum
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and regulations
• Lead and manage teaching staff, trainers, or academic coordinators
• Monitor student performance and improve learning outcomes
• Develop strategies for program improvement and educational innovation
• Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for educational programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including administrators, parents, and partners
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in education, training, or academic management
• Proven leadership experience in schools, training centers, or academic institutions
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD2,800.000 per month
