Education Sales Consultant

Ideal candidate for an Sales Advisor position possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. They are adept at building rapport, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments.
• Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure.
• Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts through calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records.
• Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on services and industry trends to provide informed advice.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, coordinate logistics for client visits, and adhere to sales processes.
• Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Centre success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Contract Duration:

• 5 years, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: QR 2,000
• Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months)
• Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month. Top Salespeople: QR 15,000 to QR 20,000 per month (With Commissions)

Timings & Days:

• 9 hours a day / 6 days a week

Benefits:

• Performance-Based Bonus: Additional monthly bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000
• Post-paid Phone Connection: Unlimited calls and SMS
• Annual Paid Vacation: 21 days
