Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Admission Counselor with a strong background in consultative sales. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into admissions, guiding learners toward the right programs, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and convert them into enrollments.
• Follow up proactively with leads and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Provide detailed course guidance and explain program benefits to working professionals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Collaborate with marketing for feedback and campaign improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Education Sales / Training Institute Sales / Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
