Position Overview

We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and performance-driven Educational Consultant to join our growing team. You don’t need to come from a specific academic background — what matters most is your ability to get your message across, connect with people, prioritize their needs, and guide them with kindness and confidence.

This role goes beyond traditional counselling—it’s about consultative advising and student recruitment, helping families make confident, life-changing decisions while consistently achieving admissions goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Guide students and parents on study opportunities in destinations such as the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Ireland, Turkey, Hungary, and more.

● Consistently achieve monthly enrolment targets by converting prospective leads into successful student placements.

● Deliver persuasive consultations, presentations, and follow-ups to inspire trust and secure admissions.

● Conduct in-depth research on universities, programs, scholarships, and visa requirements to provide accurate and reliable advice.

● Build relationships with students and families, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and prioritized.

● Keep detailed records of enquiries, counselling sessions, applications, and successful outcomes.
