Role Description

As an Educational Counselor & Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students and families identify their educational goals and align them with appropriate programs or opportunities. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. Key responsibilities include conducting student consultations, offering program counseling, and driving enrollment through effective sales methodologies. You will also provide tailored support to families and students, ensuring a seamless guidance experience from inquiry to enrollment.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students and families efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information
  • Ability to balance sales objectives with providing educational value and genuine support
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and relationship building
  • Prior experience in educational courses' sale
