Job Title: Educational Sales & Business Development Specialist (Hybrid, Revenue Share)
The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced professional in the educational sector with a knack for sales, training, and building relationships? We're seeking a highly motivated Educational Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive our growth through direct client engagement and expert presentations. What You'll Do:
Identify and Engage Clients: Leverage your existing network and expertise to identify, connect with, and bring on board new clients within the educational sector (e.g., schools, colleges, universities, institutes).
Sales & Business Development: Drive the entire sales cycle from customer acquisition and initial outreach to closing deals, focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
Training & Presentation: Act as a skilled trainer and presenter, effectively showcasing our [products/services] to potential clients and their teams, clearly articulating value propositions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers.
Market Insight: Provide valuable feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform our strategies.
Hybrid & Field Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site for client meetings, presentations, and team collaborations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the educational sector, ideally in roles involving sales, business development, training, or client relations.
Sales & Marketing Acumen: Strong background in sales and marketing with a clear understanding of the sales funnel and customer acquisition strategies.
Trainer & Presenter: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex information.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern technology, CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital tools for sales and communication.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport and negotiating effectively.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Referral Network: A demonstrable track record of referral clients within the educational sector whom you can confidently bring onboard.
Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and a keen focus on revenue generation.
