Electrical & Automation Engineer
to join our team. You will work on projects related to
automation, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

Assist in the design, programming, and testing of
electrical and control systems
-
Participate in site visits, project execution, and commissioning activities
-
Contribute to the preparation of
technical documents, drawings, and proposals
-
Recommend solutions and support technology and equipment selection
-
Collaborate with senior engineers, project teams, and clients
-
Learn and grow in a
hands-on electrical and automation engineering role
As part of our team, you’ll also:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Help define the scope of projects and proposals
-
Guide and review the work of technicians and drafters
-
Take part in
construction, commissioning, and start-up activities
-
Understand client needs and identify new opportunities during projects
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering
, or a related field
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in
electrical and automation projects
-
Experience in
instrumentation and control system design
-
Experience with programming and configuring control systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS)
-
Knowledge of
electrical distribution, protection, and power systems
is an advantage
-
Available for short- and long-term assignments at client sites
-
Interest or experience in automation and instrumentation, especially in
mining, metals, or energy projects
Assets:
-
Familiarity with
Allen Bradley, Schneider, or Siemens
control platforms
-
Experience with
electrical schematics, motor control centers (MCC), and VFDs
-
Knowledge of
Virtual Machines (VMs), Servers, Networks, Radios, and Switches
-
Experience with industrial networks such as
Profinet, Ethernet/IP, PowerLink, or DeviceNet
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in teams, influence people, make critical decisions, and communicate effectively with a variety of personnel
