Electrical BIM Modeler

We are having an urgent requirement for Electrical BIM Modelers who is available in UAE and can join on an immediate basis

Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
• Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
• Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
• 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
• Preparation of Shop drawings from IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
• Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
• Prepare bill of quantities.
• Coordination of MEP services.
• Design structured cabling system.
• Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.

Skill Sets Required

• BIM/Drafting Skill
• Communication Skill
• Electrical Modeling
• Family Creation & Editing

Minimum Education Required: Diploma/Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience Required: 5- 7 years experience & 5+ years of minimum GCC experience

Software Knowledge: Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
