HIRING: ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements.
• Update designs based on site conditions, markups, and design revisions.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Electrical BIM modeling.
• Strong skills in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, cable routing).
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify construction drawings.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
