Key responsibilities include following specifications, ensuring design compliance, and performing clash detection, while typical qualifications are a relevant degree, experience with BIM and AutoCAD, and strong attention to detail.

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), often up to LOD 450, based on project specifications.
