We’re Hiring – Electrical BIM Modeler (Revit MEP)

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for an Electrical BIM Modeler (Revit MEP) to join our team.

Job Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP (Electrical)
• Good understanding of AutoCAD for drawings and coordination
• Experience in modeling:
• Power and lighting systems
• Cable trays, conduits, and containment systems
• ELV systems (optional coordination)
• Ability to prepare:
• LOD 300 / LOD 400 BIM models
• Electrical shop drawings and coordinated models
• As-built BIM models
• Good understanding of UAE electrical standards and regulations, including:
• DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA guidelines
• IEC and BS standards
• Local authority and municipality approval requirements
• Experience in clash detection and coordination with MEP teams
• Ability to read and interpret IFC, shop, and construction drawings
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
