Mechanical BIM Modeler - Mid / Senior Level

Mechanical BIM Modeler – 3 Positions Available
Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling within contracting or consultancy firms (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficient in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD software
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage
• Ability to prepare and coordinate detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and clash detection reports
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Good communication and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
