Electrical Construction Manager

· Min. 10 years experience, spearheading TRANSCO projects for at least 132kV voltage level with underground cable works

· Must have completed bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

· Must have TAQA / Other Competency Certificate

· Must have undergone First Aid Training & Fire Fighting Training

· Lead and supervise all electrical related Installation, pre-commissioning, SAT, FAT, Testing & commissioning activities of Electrical Substation

· Monitoring the progress of work & coordination with client, consultant

· Review the technical drawings & troubleshooting

· Experience with international OEMs (Siemens, ABB/Hitachi, GE, Schneider, etc.) for GIS, Transformers, Protection and SCADA, Telecom.

· Understanding of civil–electrical interface works

· Review and approve electrical construction method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments

· Identify delays, risks, and propose corrective measures

· Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-related issues promptly.
