Position Overview
This role requires strong experience in electrical works, contract/vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.

Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Review and approve technical documents (shop drawings, method statements, material submittals).

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and subcontractors.

Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

Oversee procurement and resolve supply chain challenges.

Conduct project meetings and address technical or scheduling issues.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
.

3–5 years of proven experience
in electrical construction projects.

Strong knowledge of
electrical systems.

Demonstrated experience in
vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation
.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder management.
-
Proficiency in
MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
