Job Description

Responsible for designing and developing wire harnesses & other electrical drawings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting technical specifications, and ensuring that the designs meet industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with design tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design wire harness systems for various products for automobile bodybuilders.
• Interpret technical specifications and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate wire harnesses seamlessly into the overall product design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design proposals to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications for wire harness assemblies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate components and materials for wire harness construction.
• Perform testing and validation of wire harness designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the production phase.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in wire harness design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in wire harness design, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wire harness design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and testing methodologies.

Salary: As per the standards

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Shift: Flexible for any shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,824.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month
