Electrical Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsman with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE experience preparing electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical design drawings, plans, and schematics.
• Create shop drawings, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and layouts for low current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Data, Telephone, etc.).
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC).
• Update drawings based on site changes or client requirements.
• Assist in generating as-built drawings.
• Support estimation and quantity surveying teams with BOQs and material take-offs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in electrical drafting for interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and authority approval procedures.
• Strong coordination and time management skills.
