We are seeking an
Electrical & Electronics Engineer (Chinese Speaking)
to join our project team, supporting railway signalling and low-current systems projects in an international project environment.
This role provides the opportunity to work with system requirements, technical documentation, testing processes, and cross-functional engineering teams on complex railway infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities

Support requirements analysis, management, and traceability activities for railway signalling and low-current systems,

Analyze, manage, and track system requirements throughout the project lifecycle,

Review, translate, and prepare Chinese technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports,

Support testing, verification, validation, and commissioning activities,
-
Prepare and maintain technical documents, system models, and engineering reports,
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and compliance,
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and documentation standards,
-
Perform additional technical or project-related tasks assigned by the Project Management or Engineering teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, or Computer Engineering,

Minimum
1 year
of professional experience; preferably
3+
years, in railway or related engineering sectors,

Experience or internship background in railway signalling systems and/or low-current systems,

Strong background in requirements analysis, requirements management, and traceability processes,

Knowledge of testing, verification, validation, and commissioning activities,
-
Proven skills in technical documentation, system modeling, and engineering reporting,

Strong command of Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) for technical and professional communication,

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach,

Team-oriented and disciplined working style,

Valid Class B driving license and willingness for occasional short-term site visits when required.
