Electrical Engineer

1. Responsible for Sales and Marketing of products & Services of in Bahrain, Other GCC Countries and other countries if business opportunities demands that.

2. Responsible for pricing, quotations and products presentation.

3. Liaisoning & Corresponding with principals & customers

4. Responsible for achievement of Sales targets for the divisions.

5. To use your skills in negotiating efficiently with Principles, Advertisers, Suppliers etc. to have the best prices and deals in the Company’s interest

6. To protect Company information and assets

7. Responsible for submitting yearly budgetary financial & marketing plan.

8. Responsible for increasing sales and maximizing profits of your divisions.

9. To follow all the Company procedures set for operation of managing and selling the products in your divisions

10. Responsible for submitting management reports to help the management in Decision making.

11. Developing & Monitoring the purchase and sales of products and achieving sales targets set by the Principals and reporting to the management

12. Responsible for sales collections from customers and principals.

13. Responsible to follow up warranty claims with manufacturers or with Insurance Company for missing or damaged items.

14. Responsible for site survey, design, simulation reports, preparing costing, and quotations for solar PV projects.

15. Generate & Maintain Customer Database.

16. Generate & Maintain Competitor Database with their Weakness, Strength and Product Line.

17. Prepare Presentation to High Officials Clients.

18. Conduct the Renewable & Metal Fabrication Business Research to maintain company’s productivities and business accordingly.

19. Responsible for preparing & arranging the requirements for Company Stand in Exhibitions and Trade Shows e.t.c.

20. Work on Complex Solar PV Designs and Executions, as well as prepare PIP ‘Project Implementation Plans’ (Project Management) as well as supervise the Installation.

21. Install, repair and maintain electrical components of Industrial equipment.

22. Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.

23. Make decisions based on technical documents.

24. Perform quality testing and inspection.

25. Work as team member or alone to complete projects.

26. To ensure that Project(s) is /( are) according to the ISPM and IEC, UL and SEC, ARAMCO, EWA, DEWA and SEU Standards.

27. Responsible for preparation and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the products and services of Renewable Division.

28. Conduct Training(s) to employees working in similar field with advance level software(s) and drive tools.

29. Manage customer & vender relationships as per growth and demand of business.

30. To undertake any other duty that you are capable of and assigned by the Management.

31. To adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as general safety and security standards and staff disciplinary procedures.

32. To maintain good relation with colleagues and superiors.

33. To extend co-operation with the Divisional Managers and also with the peers and subordinates.

34. Responsible for Inventory checking.
