Experience Required: 8–10 Years (Preference will be given to candidates with Dairy/ Food & Beverage industry experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, machinery, and plant maintenance, preferably within the dairy or food processing industry. The role requires expertise in ensuring smooth plant operations, implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, and equipment in the plant.
• Ensure smooth operation of machinery and minimize downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, breakdowns, and failures promptly.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement energy efficiency measures and monitor power consumption across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and train technicians and junior staff in maintenance practices.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives within plant operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8–10 years of proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the dairy, FMCG, or food & beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial machinery.
• Hands-on experience in plant utilities (boilers, chillers, refrigeration, pasteurizers, CIP systems, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards, ISO, and GMP practices in food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dairy processing plants or food manufacturing facilities.
• Knowledge of modern automation and SCADA systems.
• Ability to lead electrical projects from concept to execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
