Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and equipment while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and reliable electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment according to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD or similar software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure electrical work is completed on time and within budget.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Prepare reports, technical documents, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical design, installation, or project execution (2–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or other relevant software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, control systems, or industrial automation is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Office and on-site work, including industrial or construction sites.
• Exposure to electrical hazards; safety equipment and training provided.
