Electrical Engineer

Project Location: Kharagpur, West Bengal (NH-116A, Package-I)
Position: Electrical Engineer – Utility Shifting

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in utility shifting works for highway projects. A candidate who does have prior experience in utility shifting works of EHT/HT Lines will not be considered fit for the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle EHT/ HT/LT line shifting, pole shifting, and transformer relocation works.
• Coordinate with WBSEDCL, NHAI, PIU-Kharagpur, and Independent Engineer.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, drawings, and site measurement sheets.
• Ensure adherence to MoRTH and utility owner specifications.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Manage contractor teams, vendors, and utility authorities.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, and shifting clearances.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in utility shifting / highway / infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, safety standards, and statutory procedures.
• Experience with government/utility departments
• Ability to manage field teams and coordinate with authorities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
