Electrical Engineer

Authority Liaising & Design Approval

• ADDC/TAQA: Prepare load schedules, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and electrical layouts in accordance with the RSB (Regulation and Supervision Bureau) Wiring Regulations. Obtain "NOCs" (No Objection Certificates) and final design approvals for power connection.
• Etisalat/Du: Design telecommunication layouts, including containment (conduits/trunking), Main Telecom Rooms (MTR), and Floor Telecom Rooms (FTR) as per Etisalat's latest e-Life standards.
• Sewerage (ADSSC/ADM): Coordinate electrical requirements for pump stations or external drainage networks, ensuring power supply to control panels and SCADA systems matches sewerage authority specs.

2. Technical MEP Drawing & Drafting

• Prepare detailed Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings using AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
• Design "External Services" layouts, showing the coordination between electrical cables, water lines, and sewerage pipes to prevent service clashes (utilizing the Abu Dhabi Utility Coordination Committee - UCC standards).

3. Site Supervision & Inspection

• Supervise the installation of LV panels, SMDBs, Final Distribution Boards, and containment systems.
• Attend inspections with ADDC/TAQA inspectors for meter installations and "Power-On" procedures.
