We are currently seeking a Site Electrical Engineer with proven UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage and execute electrical works on-site with efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily site activities related to electrical systems including power, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, and low current systems.
• Supervise and guide electrical labor teams and subcontractors to ensure high productivity, quality compliance, and timely delivery of work.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP teams, civil engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues or design discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage material deliveries and utilization, ensuring alignment with approved specifications and project demands.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain daily site documentation including progress reports, inspection logs, and manpower records.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards; conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety in all electrical works.
• Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals for consultant/client approvals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 TO 4 years of experience as a Site Electrical Engineer in the UAE
• Strong understanding of local regulations, DEWA/ADDC standards, and site practices.
• Ability to lead teams, solve technical issues, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
