Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Electrical products and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, preparing sales presentations and quotations.
• Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery of electrical products.
• Technical Assistance: Provide product information and technical support to customers, helping them understand electrical products, specifications, and applications.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, product availability, and delivery.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales activities, and generate reports to monitor sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of electrical products and effective inventory management..
• Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
