We are looking for a qualified and analytical Electrical Engineer to oversee and enhance our factory’s electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience working in industrial environments, be comfortable interpreting machine diagnostics, and must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot recurring issues, improve energy efficiency, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.
This role requires engineering thinking — not just fixing, but optimizing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the electrical performance of factory machines and equipment to identify inefficiencies or fault patterns
- Coordinate with internal technicians and electricians to guide corrective actions and verify root causes of electrical breakdowns
- Review and improve preventive maintenance protocols for high-load and automated equipment
- Lead energy optimization projects, ensuring efficient load distribution, power factor correction strategies, and minimal energy wastage
- Supervise the electrical safety, compliance, and risk mitigation across all shifts
- Liaise with machine vendors and installation teams to ensure electrical compatibility and safe commissioning of new machinery
- Analyze reports of tripping, overheating, or voltage instability and recommend engineering-level solutions
- Stay updated with industrial electrical standards and ensure alignment with factory compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. or equivalent)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation basics, motor controls, and diagnostic tools
- Comfortable using tools like multimeters, thermal scanners, and energy meters for analysis (not manual repair)
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, machine manuals, and diagnostic reports
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-department coordination skills
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems, ISO/EHS standards, and electrical audit practices
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience working alongside electricians, HVAC teams, and PLC/automation vendors
- Exposure to energy monitoring systems, panel load tracking, or industrial energy-saving projects
- Strong reporting and presentation skills (Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint)
What We Offer:
- A technically challenging role where your engineering decisions drive real factory impact
- The opportunity to build structured systems and lead improvement initiatives
- Support from senior management to implement your ideas and solutions
- A collaborative environment with long-term career growth potential
