The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing and submitting accurate estimates, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are complete and accurate. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related field, and 1 year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, familiarity with estimating software and techniques, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine electrical requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and other costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are complete and accurate.
  • Review and analyze vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure they are consistent with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project estimates and cost data.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
  • Attend project meetings and provide input on electrical and electronic systems as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors regarding project requirements and status.

Client Engagement:

Identify and engage potential clients to understand their MEP service requirements.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for creating tailored solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, technologies, and industry standards.

Provide technical support to clients, explaining the features and benefits of our services.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals.

Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and other technical documentation for client presentations.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our MEP services.

Address client questions and concerns, offering solutions that meet their specific needs.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with new clients.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.

Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Familiarity with estimating software and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: Salary will depend on experience.
