AESOM is a growing engineering and estimation firm providing accurate and reliable cost estimation services for USA-based construction projects. We are looking for a motivated Civil Estimator to join our estimation team.

Job Description

The Civil Estimator will assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid support for civil construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in USA construction estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs for civil works using PlanSwift and Bluebeam
• Assist in cost estimation for USA-based construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Support senior estimators in preparing BOQs and pricing
• Maintain accuracy and meet estimation deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–6 months of experience in civil estimation
• PlanSwift and Bluebeam (mandatory)
• Familiarity with USA construction standards and estimation practices (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Good analytical and communication skills
