Junior Proposal & Documentation Engineer (BD)

We are seeking a Junior Proposal & Documentation Engineer to join our Business Development team. This role is suitable for candidates with at least 1+ year of proven experience in proposal writing, documentation, or a related BD/pre-sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in technical and commercial proposals.
• Support the BD team in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to gather proposal inputs.
• Prepare, format, and maintain proposal documents and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1+ year of proven experience in proposal writing, documentation, or Business Development support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
