Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for solar and wind energy projects, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and cable schedules.
- Conduct power system studies, load flow analysis, short-circuit calculations, and grid interconnection design.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents for procurement of electrical equipment.
- Review and approve drawings, data sheets, and vendor documents related to transformers, switchgear, inverters, and other electrical components.
- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory regulations (CEA, IEC, IS, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams, EPC contractors, consultants, and utility agencies during project execution.
- Support operation and maintenance (O&M) teams with technical troubleshooting and performance improvement.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies for enhanced system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in solar and/or wind power projects.
