Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring site works, quality control by reviewing design, drawing, specification and managing electrical related work including commissioning and testing before handing over to the user.

Specifically, he will be responsible for:

• Supervise construction and execution of electrical works for UMP and capital projects.
• Review and verify electrical design drawings, specifications, and BOQs in coordination with Sr. Manager MEP.
• Ensure quality control throughout project execution through regular site inspections, spot checks, and issuance of site instructions to contractors and in-house teams.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
• Guide and monitor electrical supervisors to ensure compliance with established quality assurance and control procedures.
• Maintain close coordination with user departments and maintenance teams to address operational requirements.
• Review and approve equipment specifications, purchase submittals, and manufacturers’ shop drawings.
• Conduct inspections of materials at manufacturers’ workshops and verify OFM materials at AKU warehouse.
• Verify as-built drawings on site, prepare punch lists for electrical defects, and monitor rectification by contractors or in-house teams.
• Prepare project handover documentation in coordination with Sr. Manager MEP.
• Review and verify contractors’ interim and final bills.
• Enforce compliance with electrical safety regulations, approved safety procedures, and permit-to-work requirements at site, including ensuring mandatory electrical safety training and toolbox talks for contractors and site personnel.

Requirements:

• B.E. Electrical
• PMP (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Good supervisory skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Proficiency in the use of related software packages.
• Electrical works supervision experience.
