Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with a solid background in managing electrical site activities for large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects in the UAE. The candidate must have deep knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA/ADDC standards, and hands-on experience supervising teams, coordinating installations, and ensuring work quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work on-site, including installation of conduit, wiring, lighting, power distribution, and panel boards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, ADDC, and relevant UAE authorities for electrical systems and inspections.
• Allocate tasks to electricians and helpers, monitoring productivity and workmanship.
• Liaise with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Ensure all safety protocols and electrical codes are strictly followed.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and guide junior staff in resolving site issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, daily reports, and inspections.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of completed electrical systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of UAE experience in electrical works for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations (DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
