Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical works for our high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical installations and systems comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations while delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on high-rise construction projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure compliance and execution quality.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of electrical installations.
• Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, DEWA regulations, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other supervisors to address project needs and challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of work activities, material usage, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of required materials and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover.

Qualifications and Experience and Skills:

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in electrical works for high-rise building projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DEWA and UAE regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
