Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented team player to join us as Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers who are motivated to specialize in Offshore Industry.

Our SPS project is in Zonguldak, Çaycuma and reactivation is offshore and Filyos and Mersin Taşucu ports.


Qualification & Skills


Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field discipline,
  • We're looking for motivated engineers minimum 5 years and more experiences with willingness to contribute,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Zonguldak/Çaycuma,
  • Ensure compliance with NOV, Kawasaki, ABB, Siemens equipment is highly desirable, as our drillship utilizes many of their advanced systems,
  • Knowledge of:
  • PLC/SCADA systems, industrial automation.
  • HV/LV electrical systems, switchgear, and power distribution.
  • NOV equipment (e.g., drawworks, top drives, BOP controls).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards ( IEC, ATEX, DNV, ABS, API and other relevant standards).
  • Proficient in planning services and resources based on operational requirements,
  • Turkish Citizenship.


Preferred

  • Valid Offshore Fitness for Work certificate, and BOSIET and HUET certifications
  • Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
  • Strong willingness to work in offshore environments


Job Description


  • Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient operations,
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, system modifications, and equipment status,
  • Contributing to the optimization and improvement of electrical and instrumentation systems to enhance performance and efficiency,
  • Performing maintenance inspections (if any), and troubleshooting on a wide range of electrical and instrumentation equipment, including motors, generators, control panels, sensors, communication systems etc.
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and technical manuals,
  • Experience with automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, and DCS,
  • Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
