Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and oversee electrical maintenance operations, including the coordination of repairs on PLC-controlled machinery
Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans (daily/weekly/monthly/annual)
Respond swiftly to failures to reduce downtime and perform necessary revisions
Supervise external service providers when needed
Coordinate procurement of spare parts
Maintain detailed records and reports on equipment
Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
Maintain close communication with production other departments

Qualifications

Graduated from Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
Proficiency in English
Familiar with maintenance and general equipment repair
Skilled in cable assembly and interpreting electrical schematics
Experienced in electrical measurement tools
Preferably holds a High Voltage Operating Certificate
Resides or willing to relocate to İstanbul Asian side or Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
