*Job Purpose:*

As an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within our organization. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing system performance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Safety and Training

- Conduct PEP talks and safety awareness training for E&I workers to promote a culture of safety.

- Ensure safe work methods and practices are followed at all times.

Electrical Equipment Maintenance

- Maintain and repair electrical equipment, including switchgears, from the power house to departmental machinery.

- Perform daily verification of load amps, energy consumption, and power factor monitoring.

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including HT and LT switchgears, oil filtration, and energy meter calibration.

Instrumentation and Control

- Maintain and calibrate instrumentation systems, including those used in production processes.

- Ensure accurate measurement and control of process variables.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

- Proven experience in E&I maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
