Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Responsible for Cycle time analysis and line balancing
• Understand and manage process flow and cycle time fixing for new models.
• Manage Tools and spares.
• Ensure periodic machine maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and implementation of TPM.
• Design fixtures for assembly using Design software. (ProE or AutoCAD)
• Prepare Layouts using AutoCAD and also participate in layout changes.
• Engineering developments and Continuous improvement activities
• Participate in Tools localizing. Utility Management, Poke yoke activities.
• Monitor and Manage Breakdowns.
• Prepare and update standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate the erection of new machineries and define process parameters
• Support in Machine troubleshooting
• Track OEE Tracking and also suggest measures for improvement.
• Ensure enactment of alert safety bulletins, non-conformance reports and failure reports, by actuation of relevant activities;
• Co-ordinate repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the geographical area of responsibility;
• Collaborate and support modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity of the same;
• Basis the data received, propose suitable modification to preventive maintenance schedules.

Pay: ₹393,484.56 - ₹457,456.72 per year
