Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Perform electrical troubleshooting of injection moulding machines (hydraulic & electric type)
• Diagnose and repair issues on heaters, sensors, controllers, servo drives, PLC systems, and electrical panels.
• Maintain robots, material handling systems, hydraulic power packs, and auxiliary equipment such as:
• Chillers, cooling towers
• Air compressors
• Dehumidifiers, dryers
• MTC/temperature controllers, dosing units
• Execute planned PM schedules and ensure maintenance logs are updated
• Condition monitoring of critical components (motors, pumps, actuators)
• Minimize unplanned downtime and improve machine lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA-based controls (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi preferred)
• Experience with servo motors, VFDs, and control wiring
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshooting skills for moulding machines (Arburg, Engel, Haitian, L&T, Windsor — as relevant)
• Basic understanding of hydraulics & mechanical systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
