Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance:
• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on extrusion lines, armoring machines, stranding machines, and other cable-production equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize machine downtime.Set up parameters for extrusion temperature zones, line speed, tension control, wire drawing dies, and other operational settings. Respond quickly to machinery failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and long-term solutions .Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, spare-parts records, and breakdown analysis.
