Electrical Maintenance Engineer
The Kraft Heinz company is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for the delivery of maintenance processes and activities. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Kraft Heinz Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Maintenance Kraft Heinz Management System
- Supervise maintenance technicians in charge of repairing production machines and equipment
- Inspect breakdowns and develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all problems that could affect plant operations
- Manage maintenance tools and equipment before production to ensure optimum level of safety and efficiency
- Examine Machines’ remaining useful life, Asset utilization and overall equipment effectiveness
- Support in the implementation of preventive maintenance program
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Assure Value Adding Maintenance activities and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements
- Spare part warehouse and inventory management
- Manage all cascaded KPIs from maintenance manager such as maintenance cost, safety and quality KPIs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians' group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.
- Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of Service and Quality defects, and all audit non-conformances.
- Take responsibility for Performance Management of Team members, establishing clear objectives and continuously reviewing to ensure execution.
- Responsible for Maintenance budget adherence and providing year on year efficiencies
- Analyze maintenance performance and recommends actions to improve performance Contributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, clear scope, cost effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field – preferably in FMCG
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance scheduling and breakdown problems diagnosis
- Good Knowledge about manufacturing processes and practices
- HACCP, GMP and Food Safety standards
- Leadership skills
- Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English
