Compensation: $42,000 to $60,000 Total Earnings

Top Performers earn $30+/hour

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and components
Present homeowners with clear repair and replacement options
Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients — delivering 5‑star service every time
Document job notes, estimates, and invoices in ServiceTitan
A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas.
Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions.
Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity.
