Electrical panel designer

We are looking for an Electrical Panel Designer to design LT panels, control panels, MCC/PCC panels, and prepare accurate electrical drawings using CAD tools. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical standards, control circuits, and industrial automation basics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels, LT panels, MCC, PCC, VFD panels, PLC panels
• Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, wiring diagrams, load lists
• Develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD / EPLAN
• Select electrical components: breakers, relays, contactors, drives, PLCs, meters, etc.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, IS, and safety standards
• Coordinate with production team for panel manufacturing
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements
• Assist in BOM preparation, costing, and technical documentation
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Work with purchase team for component selection and vendor coordination

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / EPLAN
• Understanding of control circuits, power distribution, PLC wiring, and panel layout
• Familiarity with electrical components and industrial standards
• Ability to read and create SLD, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings
• Knowledge of industrial automation (basic) is a plus
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
