Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and compliance of electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems across construction or facility projects. Acts as a key liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination
• Plan and manage MEP works from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for system integration.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Technical Oversight
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Supervise installation and testing of electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Ensure systems comply with local codes and international standards.
• Safety & Compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety and quality.
• Implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor site engineers and technicians.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Provide updates to clients and resolve technical concerns.
• Collaborate with facility management for smooth handover and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,647.07 - ₹39,753.00 per month
