Pay: $38.00–$56.00/hr DOE • Schedule: 55–60 hrs/week (10–12 hr shifts)

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a hands-on Electrical Project Engineer to support field execution and project controls on one of the region’s largest mission-critical builds. You’ll partner with PMs, foremen, and vendors to keep scope, schedule, and quality tightly aligned with NEC and project standards.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret drawings/specs; clarify scope and constraints.
• Coordinate with PMs, foremen, and subs to remove roadblocks for field crews.
• Own RFI, submittal, and change-order tracking; maintain document control.
• Support material take-offs, procurement, and vendor scheduling.
• Conduct site walks; troubleshoot field issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Verify compliance with NEC, owner standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Contribute to planning, look-aheads, commissioning support, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years on commercial/industrial electrical projects (data center experience a strong plus).
• Working knowledge of MV distribution, grounding, UPS, generators, and commissioning.
• Familiar with NEC, safety regulations, and QA/QC best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools (Procore, Bluebeam).
• BIM/AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus.
• Organized communicator who thrives in fast-paced, field-driven environments.
